Return & Refund Policy
A clear process for returns and refunds.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. Obtain return authorization and instructions before sending an item back. The return address is Habytatco, 3 Rue Des Treilles, 44860 Pont-Saint-Martin, France. Returns are sent to France.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide the appropriate return and resolution instructions. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item or a defective item. For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost to our French return address. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
After the returned item has been inspected and the refund approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with your refund.
